A renovation project that transformed an unused dormitory near Miyamaedaira Station into a “social apartment”.
The concept is “TRAVELLING NEW DAYS in NEW YORK”. This is a place to go to and also come home to.
If you can live your life every day with a fresh feeling like you are travelling, meeting with people may mean something more special.
The apartment was designed so that the residents can feel it is a special place that makes their time more enjoyable and meaningful, like a lounge or restaurant.

宮前平駅付近の使われなくなった寮をソーシャルアパートメントにリノベーションしたプロジェクト。
コンセプトは「TRAVERING NEW DAYS in NEW YORK」。この場所は帰る場所でもあり、向かう場所でもある。
毎日が旅をするように新鮮な気分で生活をできるならば、ヒトの出会いが特別な形になるかもしれません。
ラウンジのようでもあり、レストランのようでもある、豊かな時間を演出してくれる特別な居場所と入居者が感じれるようデザインしました。
