A bakery café on the first floor of NEIGHBORS TACHIKAWA which offers freshly baked bread every morning through a collaboration between the “social apartment” and the bakery “BREAD, ESPRESSO &”.
This café was expected to be a community place that was open to public, not only to the residents of the apartment.
The signature red and white stripes of “BREAD, ESPRESSO &” were changed to black and white to be used throughout the bakery to create a tie in with the bakery brand.

ネイバーズ立川の一階に併設されたソーシャルアパートメントと「パンとエスプレッソと」とのコラボレーションにより毎朝焼きたてのパンが提供されるベーカーリーカフェ。
建物の住人だけではなく、地域に開かれたコミュニティースペースである事が求められました。
「パンとエスプレッソと」のキービジュアルである赤白の縞模様を黒白に変換し空間に落とし込むことで、ブランドの関連性を表現しています。
