A renovation project that transformed an old condominium, located in a quiet residential area away from the hustle bustle of the Tachikawa Station area, into a “social apartment”.
In order to maximize the profound atmosphere created by the reinforced concrete, the building is minimally furnished, allowing residents to choose what area to be in depending on their mood.

立川駅前の喧噪から離れた閑静な住宅街に位置する、古いマンションをソーシャルアパートメントにリノベーションしたプロジェクト。
RCの躯体が持つ空間の重厚さを生かすために、最低限の設えを空間に足しながらも、様々な気分によって使う場所を選べるような場を計画しました。
