A second contemporary Ikayaki (broiled-calamari) vendor which combines an old Japanese fast food with other food cultures.
Since this vendor came with all the existing furnishings, we decided to create our own world around the counter.
The space is mainly painted, but combining basswood and larch plywood allowed for creating a space with a sense of depth.

イカ焼きという古くから親しみのあるファーストフードを、様々な食文化を掛け合わせて、今日的な感覚で表現したスタンドの２号店。
居抜きの物件である事からカウンター周りで世界観を表現する事を考えました。
塗装がメインの空間にシナ合板やラーチ合板などの素材を組み合わせる事で奥行きのある空間を作り出しています。
